If you have placed on order and you want to check its status, you can view this from Orders in My account Section.
Step 1 - Go to my orders.
Step 2 - Click on the order you want to track.
Step 3 - Click on track.
Make sure the phone number present there is valid (if not, you can edit it by clicking on the edit icon next to the field).
